  We have used Rick and company for over 6 years. They have acted as my husband's small business' personal IT department, even making a "house call" to witness his challenge first hand and of course fixing him right up. They have saved me hundreds of dollars by willingly helping me repair my old desktop one part at a time instead of pushing newer and better on me when it is not really needed. I would prefer to navigate the clutter of the front line, exposed workshop then listen to the corporate lines rehearsed by teenagers at the box stores. They will let you watch what's going on if you are of that level and want to see. If you have 1/2 a clue about your systems and need someone to treat your professionally and without being condescending toward you then this is the place for you.
